There are still tickets available for some of the amazing events at this years New York Food and Wine Festival. Pinkyfingerup has attended the festival for the last five to six years. Trust me food lovers, its a weekend you don’t want to miss. Some events that I recommend that hasn’t sold out as of yet includes.
Pinkyfinger up had the honor to celebrate A Second Helping of Life at Pier 60. The event featured some of the top women chefs as they serve their signature dish to support the fight against breast and ovarian cancer. There was tons of great food.
As we drift into Autumn season, the good folks at Northside delivered their annual Taste Talks festival. This year the festival was curated by The Roots drummer ?uestlove. Filled with panels with talks about the future of food and of course some great food. I happened to attend the All-Star BBQ, which went down like this.

Lexus, Diageo Wines and Uptown Magazine joined forces to put together a nice little soiree. Chefs for the evening was The Cecil’s JJ Johnson and Don Bowie of NoBar in Brooklyn. Yes, the food was on point.
