Always a great debate. Where is the best dining neighborhood in  Manhattan?

My answer probably will be Flatiron. Though pretty small in area, Flatiron is packed with some powerhouses. To get a sample of some of the best bites the city has to offer, I recommend attending Celebrate Madison Square Chefs on July 18th.
